Preamble

3. Delivery

The delivery will be made by La Poste in colissimo followed at home or relay according to the customer's choice of transport in Metropolitan France. Any delays do not give the right to the buyer to claim damages. In the event that the package has not been picked up (at a drop-off point or by post) within the allotted time, all costs incurred will be borne by the customer.
The deliveries in the countries of the EEC are made by the post in colissimo followed Europe. For deliveries outside the EEC, deliveries are made by international postal services. If during the ordering, one of the articles is available in a period longer than 24h to 48h, all the articles will be dispatched at the same time to the customer.
Our delivery methods:

With Colissimo Point Retirement you have several withdrawal methods to choose from to collect your package: - in Pickup locations, you can choose one of the 7,500 local merchants in the Pickup network, near your home, your place of work or vacation, to which you wish to be delivered. You can then pick it up within 10 working days. After this time, your package will be returned to us. - at Pickup Station, you can choose one of 500 automatic withdrawal instructions to have your package delivered. Once the package has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within an indicative period of 48 hours and you will be informed of the availability of your package by SMS and e-mail. All items can be returned to little home within a legal period of 14 days from receipt of the order. Any product having been used for personal or professional purposes, worn, damaged, incomplete or whose original packaging is damaged (apart from the normal opening of the packaging) will not be refunded, exchanged or returned. to the sender. Any product returned within a period exceeding 14 days following receipt of the order will not be refunded, exchanged or returned to the sender. Any personalized product will not be refunded or exchanged. Any special order (personalized quote) will not be refunded or exchanged. Baby / child teats are neither taken back nor exchanged for hygienic reasons. Items purchased on sale or promotions may be exchanged or a voucher, but may not be subject to a refund.
In the event of an exchange in mainland France, which is only possible for the same item from the fashion department, but of a different color or size, and subject to the availability of the item, the costs of reshipment to the customer are taken supported by little home. If the item desired in exchange is more expensive than the returned item, a balance will be payable. Otherwise, you will receive a credit note in the amount of the price difference.
In the case of a refund, it will be made within 14 days, except for transport costs. If the customer received a promotional advantage when ordering (reduced price, free shipping costs, etc.), they will be reimbursed at the price they actually paid or should have paid if they no longer responded to the conditions to benefit from it. In the event that the sum of the items kept by the customer no longer reaches the amount allowing him to benefit from the delivery costs offered, a lump sum of € 4 will be deducted from the amount to be reimbursed (participation in delivery costs). Neither the customs costs nor the actual shipping costs of the first shipment will be refunded, even if these were initially offered.
5. Withdrawal
You have 14 days (from the receipt of the articles) to form an opinion. The simple return of the goods without declaration or the refusal to take delivery is not sufficient to express your wish to retract. In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, little home sarl is required to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, free of charge, with the exception of return costs. The refund is due within a maximum of 14 days. 6. Price
The price is expressed in euros.
The price indicated on the product sheets does not include transport. The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price, expressed all taxes included and including VAT for France and the EEC countries. This price includes the price of the products, the costs of handling, packaging and conservation of the products, the costs of transport and commissioning. 7. Payment
The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by little home sarl.
The price of the products is payable in cash on the day of the actual order. Payment is made by Credit Card or Paypal. Online, Paypal allows you to pay via a bank server in a secure environment. The order validated by the customer will be considered effective only when the bank payment centers concerned have given their agreement. In case of refusal of said centers, the order will be automatically canceled and the customer notified by email. In addition, little home sarl reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute.
8. Disputes
This contract is subject to French law. little home sarl cannot be held liable for damages of any kind, whether tangible or intangible, which may result from a malfunction or improper use of the products sold. The same is true for any modifications to the products resulting from the manufacturers. In the event of difficulties in the application of this contract, the buyer has the possibility, before any legal action, to seek an amicable solution in particular with the help of a professional association of the branch, of a consumer association or any other advice of his choice. It is recalled that the search for the amicable solution does not interrupt the "short time" of the legal guarantee, nor the duration of the contractual guarantee. It is recalled that as a general rule and subject to the appreciation of the Courts, compliance with the provisions of this contract relating to the contractual guarantee supposes that the buyer honors his financial commitments to the seller.
Complaints or disputes will always be received with attentive benevolence, good faith is always presumed in those who take the trouble to explain their situations.
